I am a DDO. One employee worked for 8 ys and 3 months and received superannuation on 31/03/2017 . He was given all benefits. But he did not have pension. Now he has received enhanced gratuity benefit after re fixation as per ROPA 2019. He wants to receive the amount in a separate bank account and different IFSC. Now there is two problems;-
- How to update the bank detail of a terminated employee ?
- In the entry of Form 50 in e billing , the HRMS option is not visible , only non HRMS option is visible which is at present not allowed . Where is the problem ?
The benefits of enhanced Gratuity and Pension bill will be paid from the treasury end. And the TR 50 bills will be generated from Employee exit option of HOO Login.
